SCHOOL FOR TEACHING STAFF

The MOTIVEM School has as its main objective facilitate the participants, the teaching staff of the University of Valencia, the development of skills and abilities that stimulate student creativity by improving their employability.

How?

  • Facilitating contact between teaching staff who share this objective.
  • Promoting interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Encouraging the generation of Ideas MOTIVEM

The duration of this training action is 25 hours and contemplates two phases, one that performs the participants together, where it has been used the methodology of design thinking, and other individual of a practical nature coordinating teams in the Ideas MOTIVEM competition.

MOTIVEM is a training initiative of the University of Valencia led by the Vice-chancellor for Employment and Training Service, through the University-Business Foundation ADEIT. Participation in the program is free for the financial support of the Generalitat Valenciana and the Obra Social “la Caixa”.
