Employability is the set of skills and attitudes that allow a person to get and keep a job. They are effective tools to enhance the development of skills and abilities that foster the student’s entrepreneurial attitude, practical training in companies and other entities, as well as information sessions on employment opportunities.

MOTIVEM, which means let’s motivate them, facilitates that university teachers stimulate the creativity of students by generating and developing team ideas. And the program for university graduates of internships in companies and institutions, that we organize under the name “practical vocational training scholarships”, allows them to perform tasks where they can apply their academic training in a professional environment.

Under the denomination “Lunes con Empleo” we organize sessions with the collaboration of companies and other entities, human resource professionals and professors who teach postgraduate university studies. Its objective is to facilitate access to employment for new university graduates and to guide them in their professional future.
